Auditor - Entry Level

Job Description
Hancock Askew & Co. continues to consider entry level candidates according to our staffing needs; however, this does not mean that we have positions currently available. Entry level auditors must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and possess strong time management, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting. Must also be willing to travel.

Typical Duties include:

* Preparing journal entries
* Assisting with audit fieldwork for both operational and financial audits
* Reconciling and balancing general ledger accounts
* Researching and correcting account discrepancies
* Preparing trial balances
* Assisting Senior Audit Staff
